The documentary tells the true story of Tevfik Kurtuluş. After moving to New York at the age of two and spending much of his life there as a business owner, actor, and DJ, Tevfik decides to leave his adventurous life in America behind.
At the age of 35, he returns to his ancestral home in Rize, Turkey—specifically to the village where his father was born. The film follows his new life over the last 19 years as a father of two, finding peace and purpose in sustainable agriculture by producing tea and kiwi.
